Lash Enhancement Booking Policy

Booking

In order to secure your spot, I require a $30 non-refundable booking fee via e-transfer, which comes off the total amount due on the day of your session.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and e-transfer. We do not accept checks.

Re-Scheduling

Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule their appointment. The $30 deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your session, you may be asked to pay another $30 deposit. After 2 reschedules your deposit is forfeited and any future bookings must be PAID IN FULL at time of scheduling.

Cancellations

If you change your mind about the procedure/cancel the appointment your deposit is non-refundable.

No Show

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and you have not called or texted about your estimated time of arrival, you will be considered a No Show and will be asked to pay a $30 deposit to re-book your session.

If you are going to be substantially late (15 min or more), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and re-book for another time in order to keep to our schedule running on time for other clients booked that day.

Rates

Service Rates are subject to change although I will take measures to ensure rate changes are communicated in advance.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they put the correct date and time in their calendars once their spot is confirmed - Our software will send out appt reminders to the email provided at booking but we do not send out personal reminders. I recommend selecting the text reminder option when booking your appointment.
